Aluminium terrace roof construction

The frame of a terrace roof including the columns are entirely made from aluminium that is powder-coated in the colour Ral 9001/off-white. This (6060-T6) aluminium is extremely suitable for bridging large spans and will last for a lifetime. The 80MU-thick coating is your guarantee that the original quality will be retained for decades. The side beams as well as the intermediate beams have dimensions of  60mm x 90mm, thus ensuring a robust veranda.

Polycarbonate

The polycarbonate plates have a XS structure. This XS structure (honeycomb structure) combined with a thickness of 16mm make these plates extremely strong so that the terrace roof can easily support a thick layer of snow. We keep the following versions in stock:

• Clear: 70 % translucent
• Opal/milk white: 54% translucent (diffused, scattered light)
• 45% heat reduction
• IQ Relax version (Opal): 50% translucent,
• 60% heat reduction

The insulating value  of the 3 versions is: 2,0 Watt /m2.K

The plates are virtually indestructible.
